Late Wednesday, President Obama signed the ‘fiscal cliff’ legislation into law from Hawaii.
The bill will raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans, while keeping in place tax cuts for many US households. The legislation also delays spending cuts for two months. The House of Representatives passed the deal late Tuesday, almost a full day after the Senate passed the legislation.
